Custom Order Details and Pricing
At this time, custom orders are welcome!
Personalizations include names/dates stamped onto pieces and filled with black.
Designs should align with my skills. Any custom designs that I have not experimented with yet will be accepted only on a case-by-case basis.
The pricing below is made in consideration to time, skill, and materials and is non-negotiable.
Order Total = Base Price of Piece + Additional Customizations + Tax + Shipping (if applicable)
+ $8 (1-4 names/words added)
+ $16 (5-10 names/words added)
+ $5 (per additional glaze choice; first glaze choice is free)
+ $10 (per design - case by case)

Custom Order Timeline
Allow an extra week at least for custom work. I cannot customize a piece once it has been fired therefore, I will make an entirely new piece for your order. All customizations take place while the clay is still wet. Normally, ceramic pieces usually take 3-4 weeks to finish completely. This includes making, drying time, trimming and carving, bisque kiln fire, glazing, glaze kiln fire, and sanding. Please understand that this process can be very tedious and it does take more time to customize the piece. Rushing custom orders may result in breakage during the firing process, and this is something I like to avoid completely.
Each custom order should be made at least 4 weeks in advance of desired shipping date.
Custom Order Glaze Options
Glaze options are listed below and all orders must choose between glazes already tested and fired. I cannot fire new glazes for the first time on custom orders because with ceramics, there are so many variables and unfortunately I cannot guarantee a certain color or color combination until I have fired it for testing. Once fired, glaze cannot be fixed or altered so in order to guarantee your satisfaction, I will only apply already tested glazes to your custom orders.
Custom Order Payment
All custom orders must be paid for in advance. An invoice will be sent to you including shipping and handling costs. Payment can be made through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or mailed check.
Custom Order Satisfaction + Return Policy
If your satisfaction is not met, we can act further. I do not take returns on custom orders because they are custom, but I will try my best to meet your needs with your order.
Custom Order Appreciation
Please remember that I am a one person business and at this moment PuppiMudworksCo is not my full-time job and I do not own a full-scope studio yet. Therefore, in my making process there are many variables and I do rely on outsourcing for my firings so I really appreciate your bearing with me and patience with my work, as I prepare my own area to house a kiln.
Subscriber Policy
Subscribers receive a $2 discount on all items with the exception of flash sales and at events. Members will also receive $2 (total) off of all added custom orders. Discounts only applied to regular priced items. Must still pay shipping/delivery unless specified otherwise in particular post. Members do have priority in picking during specified timeframe. Once products are open to the public, pending sales of nonmembers cannot be interrupted by members. All deals will be outlined in emails with a link attached. Sharing link with non-members is okay, but link is primarily prepared for special access only. Any non-member can become a subscriber, details on website or contact btreadwayart. There are currently no referral deals but may be an idea for the future. All transactions must be processed before the creation of product, unless individualized contract is agreed upon. No returns/exchanges accepted, however if anyone is truly dissatisfied with product, please contact btreadwayart to discuss so we can solve the issue.
