This clay line is produced by btreadwayart and Puppi, the orange tabby dog {cat}. Well… he doesn't really help with the work unless you consider helping to be climbing in between the tiny spaces of drying pieces, leaving paw prints in clay and then needing to be washed, or laying there scrutinizing each piece throughout the entire making process.
i strive to demonstrate earth’s raw beauty in each piece while also celebrating with splashes of color and texture. All PuppiMudworksCo pots are made from start to finish by me (Britni) with special attention for the detail and intricacies of this medium. From the throwing to the firing, glazing, firing again, sanding/washing and photographing, you can count on quality control and love added to every piece of art. With the exception of the Golden Collection, all pots are microwave and dishwasher safe. I recommend handing with care for longevity.
I became Puppi’s human in 2014, before I began my schooling in art. He has been my biggest (but smallest) supporter and the clay tyrant when he can sneak past me and solve his curiosity. His favorite thing to do besides cuddle is test how close he can walk by and through my pieces without moving them regardless of how fluffy he is at that moment. To this day, he has broken no pieces through any fault of his own, but he has made it messy.
What is life if it isn’t a little messy though?
